Our Process
Square & Plumb Builders is ready to help with your construction needs. You can count on us to support you throughout your project. Here is what our process looks like:
1- Discovery call
Brief phone consultation to get know you, your goals, vision, timeline and all in budget. It all starts with honest conversations so we learn what is important to you and you learn what to expect from us.
2- Complimentary site visit
We’ll conduct an evaluation of the site, measure the space, capture photos and videos, make lots of notes, answer your questions and discuss realistic expectations. Following this visit, we’ll send you an estimate.
3- Build
After the estimate is accepted we sign a contract and apply for permits. Once building card is issued we start construction based on the agreed schedule and keep you updated about everything related to your project.
